Mission

Eddy's mission is to provide assistance, knowledge, and awareness to small business, corporations, and government entities regarding morale and leadership. This is accomplished with presentations that analyze leadership and morale through a psychological lens.

Experience

Eddy has been employed by organizations where morale was extremely high. As a result, staff displayed great passion, trust, loyalty, and unwavering commitment to their leaders; where leaders impacted the lives of staff members profoundly, and "legacies" were created. However, Eddy has also been employed by organizations where leaders engaged in personal vendettas and ruled through a culture of fear; where staff members were afraid to voice an honest opinion out of fear of retaliation and ultimately losing their jobs. The result was a high number of resignations, terminations, transfers, and high turnover in general. Consequently, all sense of commitment was lost for one reason....failed leadership.
